What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, sign in at one of our open houses, book a showing or ask about a home, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email, phone and property address, to reply to you and provide real estate services. Your information goes to Michael Barillari and is stored in our customer relationship system (Follow Up Boss). We do not sell your information.

Homes you view and save

After you have sent us your contact details, the listings you view and save on this site (address, MLS® number, price and a link) are recorded in your file in our customer relationship system, so Michael can follow up with homes that fit. This is done automatically by the website. If you have not given us your contact details, your browsing is not linked to you.

Listing statistics for CREA

Listings on this site come from The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). When you open a listing, we send CREA a record of the view with a random device ID and your IP address, as CREA requires, so listing brokerages can see where their listings are viewed. No name, email or phone number is sent.

Stored in your browser

Your saved homes, your answer to the terms-of-use notice, the random device ID and, after you send a form, your contact details (so forms fill in for you) are stored in your own browser. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Other services

Listing photos load from CREA's servers and maps load from OpenStreetMap, so those services receive your IP address when you view them. We protect the listings on this site from automated copying; requests that look automated may be blocked and their IP addresses logged.
